1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the neciph online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile-optimised pages, services, games, and features operated under the neciph brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of the neciph Platform, including registered players, visitors browsing without an account, and any person accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where doing so is permitted by applicable law.

neciph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, neciph will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the neciph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is legally permitted;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the neciph Platform or any associated service;
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for another person;
• You do not hold a neciph account under a different username or email address;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of neciph or any of its affiliates, game suppliers, or platform providers;
• Your use of the Platform is personal and recreational — not professional, commercial, or on behalf of a third party.

neciph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence when reasonably requested may result in account suspension or termination pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money features on the neciph Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent update is truthful and accurate.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the neciph Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. neciph employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend or permanently close any duplicate accounts identified, forfeiting any balances associated with the offending accounts where fraud or abuse is established.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before any withdrawal is processed, neciph requires all players to complete identity verification ("KYC"). This process requires you to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's Licence issued by the LTO
• SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• PhilHealth ID
• Voter's ID / COMELEC ID
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID
• Postal ID
• National ID (PhilSys)

neciph may also request a selfie with your ID document and proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). KYC documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. neciph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required by applicable regulations or internal compliance procedures.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your neciph login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person. neciph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact neciph support immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

neciph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Payment methods available to individual accounts may vary depending on verification status and account standing. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and verified under the same identity as your neciph account. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate reversal of the deposit and may lead to account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal change-of-payment-method request has been reviewed and approved by the neciph compliance team. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. neciph targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

neciph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Any withdrawal request may be delayed or declined where neciph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

4.4 Currency and Fees

The Platform operates in Philippine Peso (₱). neciph does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may apply its own transaction fees, which neciph has no control over. For cryptocurrency transactions, network fees (gas fees) are the responsibility of the User.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

neciph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, referral incentives, and other promotional benefits to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who satisfy the criteria stated in the applicable promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash without first satisfying applicable wagering requirements;
• neciph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where technical, operational, or regulatory circumstances require it;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated play, chip dumping, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure;
• Players who have opted into a self-exclusion period are not eligible to receive or use any promotional bonus during that period.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the neciph Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail with respect to game-specific matters.

Automated game outcomes on the neciph Platform — including slot reels, random card deals, and digital dice rolls — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RNG certification ensures that outcomes are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by neciph, its staff, or any third party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for certified slot titles are published within the respective game information panels.

Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time via video stream. Results in live dealer games are determined by physical events (card draws, roulette spins) and are not subject to RNG. neciph live dealer operations follow applicable rules for each game variant as displayed to the player.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using the neciph Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform;
• Opening or operating more than one neciph account;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to circumvent game outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the neciph Platform's source code, infrastructure, or security systems;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Conducting any chargeback or payment reversal in bad faith after funds have been used for wagering;
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's software for financial gain — such errors must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward neciph staff or other players through any communication channel.

neciph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct results in financial harm to neciph or other users, neciph reserves the right to pursue recovery through all legally available means.

8. Responsible Gaming

neciph is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its Platform. We recognise that while the majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gaming behaviour. neciph provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible through your account dashboard following your neciph login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period;

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the neciph Platform — including but not limited to the neciph brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, text, game content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of neciph or its duly licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the neciph Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the neciph Platform without prior written authorisation from neciph.

Any unauthorised use of neciph's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neciph and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the neciph Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any damages resulting from reliance on any content or information obtained through the Platform.

neciph does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur; neciph will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify users in advance of planned maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits neciph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy

neciph collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the neciph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data neciph collects, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, how it is protected, and what rights you have with respect to your personal information under applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12. Amendments to These Terms

neciph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, neciph will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account and cease using the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to neciph's customer support team for good-faith resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

neciph operates under the applicable PAGCOR regulatory context. Players who believe a dispute has not been fairly resolved by neciph may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
